after a year and a half i ended up with some pretty significant side effects ketogenic side effects significantly um altered electrolyte balance leading to cramping in my muscles whenever i would do anything that required significant tensing those muscles often got cramps when i was surfing in cold water climbing with pointing of my toes etc any prolonged tensing of the muscles led to cramping i had muscle property i had muscle fasciculations essentially although that's technically not the right word from a neurological perspective but you guys get it i had muscle um rippling in some sense and i had palpitations of my heart at night i lowered my testosterone was lowered and i had disturbed sleep
