Well, that's for me why fasting has become so important. Now, you were laughing at me earlier before we started recording about how crazy it is that I can do these long fasts. But In many ways, it's a way to provide me balance. It's like sprinting. It's basically every month, there's just a frequency with which every quarter I do one type of fast and every month a different type and every week a different kind. It allows me to keep a balance and it allows me to say, yes, I could do this for the rest of my life.
