So if you give an mTOR modulator versus a fast, remember there's one really important difference is that nutrients in the mTOR modulation case are actually still high because the person is not fast. In fact, if you actually look in cells, they can actually even be higher because the cell thinks it's starving. So it shuts down processes that would accumulate them. Yeah, and it upregulates more accumulation. And so we've looked in cells, so actually they tend to go up versus a fast where things are going to be lower.
