I think that if you're really and this is kind of a buzzword and I don't want to misuse it but if you really want a toff adji way to do that is with fasting or intermittent fasting time restricted eating so you know people have talked about this you you could even you know I could walk you through a 48 hour fast or some intermittent you know 72-hour fast or a 24 or just some time restricted eating I think you're gonna see real improvements in terms of like loose skin and just a little bit does that last a little bit I think you'll get rid of it with the otology that's kind of the benefit of that is if you if you weave in that fasting component whether it's time restricted eating or a longer fast I think that's gonna be the key
