the only way I was gonna get rid of the parasites was to essentially go nuclear on my own body which meant like a 10-day fast I did the Eastern Western thing so I went to you know that's just disease this guy you know San Diego or UCSD and I said well how do we get rid of this stuff how do we each like I'm gonna give you some stuff and it's gonna be really hard on your body I need you to take it and I said what are the people doing for thousands of years because the tapeworms and other stuff has been a problem for a long time as you starve yourself just starve it starve it eventually you know get rid of it so I did both so I said give me the meds and I did the meds and I didn't eat for ten days so I just drank warm water every day didn't really train and did other crazy stuff that just completely cleanse myself
