for something that we use um called vibration control transient elastography it's point of care it's something that a lot of liver doctors are fond of um we'll talk about it probably later when it comes to sequential testing um but it uses it it applies um a calculator called a controlled attenuation parameter to attenuate some of the echo some of the light signals that the ultrasound is emitting in order to get to a more granular level of fat
