and I don't use toothpaste again this is one of the things that I get a lot of flat for no toothpaste toothpaste is silly like look I don't first of all I'm not a fan of fluoride and I a lot of a lot of fluoride in toothpaste and there's a lot of fluoride in drinking water etc etc so please filter your water with a filter that actually fluoride out you don't need fluoride in your toothpaste
