certainly folate is important and I've talked about I'm teach if our I had a whole podcast with Ben Lynch about that if you have questions but if your if your homocysteine is elevated you need to know why and you need to correct that because that will impair FMD as well
Sometimes some B6 is needed you can pretty much always get your homocysteine into that zone
