it's very clear to me at least in this laboratory and the people i work with that in the absence of metabolic dysfunction fructose at least in the form of fruit and honey like the hadza would eat is completely benign for humans now we can take a very specific subset of people with massively disordered metabolic syndrome right those people should not eat honey and i've been very clear about that good but i don't think that that's because necessarily of this mechanism it's the fact that hey if your glucose metabolism is broken if you are insulin resistant don't put more glucose in your body of course their a1c went up to 12.
