for me for instance i'm eating 200 plus grams of carbohydrates a day i eat a whole pineapple i eat at least a mango i'm eating at least a whole papaya a day i'm having multiple tablespoons of honey and this is in addition to carbohydrates that i'm certainly getting from raw milk and raw cream when you add it all up i think i'm safely above 200 grams of carbohydrates every single day but i'm also a very active human
