in that trial we didn't just have acroman we actually had it in combination with four other strains um the idea here is as I said acroman can produce propionate but without the help of another strain it can't produce butyrate so we had this idea of you know let's include primary and secondary fermentors let's not make acromania the only primary fermentor let's add some more in there and really thinking about this you know what is the um kind of uh team members that you'd want in here that could metabolize fiber into berate trying to optimize her butter production and then having acroman in there which has then actually at the time that we did the study we nobody even knew what P9 was or am MUA 00 we just knew that acran was able to you know kind of um uh we thought it was only playing a role in the mcin regulation we didn't even really know that it was able to stimulate gp1 even at that time so um we really thought it was these buttery producers that are doing that so we did this trial where we actually have which are the clustal strains yep which are these clustal strains um and then also this bifidobacterium infanta strain which is also a primary fermentor
