the problem is they cost so much money yeah and so you know I I I'd love to hear what you're reading about this because what I'm reading is two different types of things right I'm reading on the one hand the bull case that says this is going to change the world like we we are finally going to address the burden of obesity and type 2 diabetes and metabolic disease with these drugs cuz now all we got to do is give these drugs to everybody and then the be case says that might be medically true but economically if you run the math we're going to take a system on the verge of bankruptcy and bankrupt it if we have to rely on those drugs
