I am really interested in excess methionine and how that's been shown to be damaging and ultimately I think people need to be testing glycine levels and glutathione levels and glycine is one of these amino acids in glutathione which we've talked about do you have any concerns about over consumption of collagen or over consumption so the the issue here for people is that hydroxyproline is one of these amino acids in collagen and one of the PA one of the pathways of degradation of hydroxyproline is to oxalate and so the question becomes you know if people are eating a lot of collagen could it create too much \" uh oxalate
