the gut is part of the nervous system I mean as you learn this in school of course you know when you study medicine or physiology and Anatomy so I'm not telling you anything you don't know or and most of the listeners but I think there's a way in which that doesn't really fully set you know sink in for clinicians and patients that the gut is the second brain or the enteric nervous whatever you want to call it's just a big bundle of nerves
