i think a lot of the things that hold true for colonic dysbiosis are true for small intestinal dysbiosis as well so antibiotics are certainly going to have a major role there uh i think the amount and density of processed foods in the western diet even even in in some ancestrally minded but more processed diets uh you know like processed tapioca flour almond flour those concentrated um carbohydrates are potentially delivering a very high carbohydrate bolus to the small intestine um and and disrupting the balance there so that's one possibility
