I am saying that there's a different doorway into healing the gut that I agree with you does not necessarily involve or at least exclusively involve you know things that modulate the microbiome like probiotics or anti microbials or you know other kinds of supplements that have a direct impact on the gut but actually if we understand that most of us are living in a chronic state of sympathetic arousal and that in that sympathetic state we don't get the messages from the vagus nerve and that and the parasympathetic nervous system that we need for proper digestive function then that becomes a big problem I think in the modern world
