we were out there hunting sprinting climbing trees with a guy who was 50 or 60 years old who's in a full freaking squat who has a six-pack nobody i know who's that age moves like that or lives like that
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
So that's my my evidence would come from the Hodza. So I went to Tanzania in 2021. And I spent time with the Hodza and there were guys who were probably in their 60s climbing trees. Like they they would show the younger guys how to cut down a small tree. They would use a machete and make spikes out of the small tree, hammer the spikes into a tree, baabob tree, climb the baabob tree. They're 30, 40 feet in the air and look for hives to get honey. These are 60y old guys, give or take.
