but in the summer and when it's warmer I the only deficit I have right now is I still have a little bit of weakness in my an ankles I can't wear high heels and walk in them for long periods of time which is a goal I'm trying to strengthen it's a vanity goal but it's it's a goal I'm trying to get that ankle strong enough you know so that I can wear a wedge for a period of time
