so capsular contracture is where the because for those who don't know um you get them and your body forms scar tissue around the implant because it does that with everything whether you get hip or you name it like any implant in the body has scar tissue that forms around it correct yeah so it forms this form scar tissue around it's called the capsule and so the capsule was all fine and that was another thing that happened in 2018 to tie the timeline back again was that 2018 came and i was like oh wow this one's kind of hard this one's not and i was like that's weird so i actually went and had an mri to make sure that it wasn't ruptured from driving 240 miles an hour and hitting walls so i was like maybe it's ruptured it's a valid thought and so i went and had it done and spent like a thousand dollars for them to check it and they're like it's fine and so nothing was wrong with it and so i was like okay and so part of me was like do i get a new one do i get them out do i get them both done like how do i do this like at that point in time it wasn't really in my head that they were dangerous i thought i kind of crashed or something and maybe it was i thought it wasn't ruptured but i thought basically because what they tell you is that when there's a big impact and it creates a tear in the in the in the um capsule that it bleeds and when it bleeds then it forms more scar tissue so i thought maybe i hit the wall too many times it tore too many times and that's why that one's like that and then all of a sudden two two years later i'm just kind of like oh the other one did the same thing and i wasn't racing anymore so i was like that's weird so my body was continuously forming scar tissue to the point where there's four levels of um of grading for capsular contracture and um mine was a three out of four so and they were both both the implants when they came out they um they were super tight and the implant was folded within the capsule because it was squeezing so tight because of the contracture yep exactly it squeezed so tight that the implants on both of them had a fold in them wow so they weren't even like they weren't their right shape anymore even so it's just another indicator how much the body is like this isn't working for not working yeah
