where's the mouth is built for eating you know so when's you're doing this that breath through the nose there's a few things really cool things that happen one thing that happens it's really fascinating is we naturally end up pressing the roof of our tongue or there our tongue up to the roof of our mouth which acts as a subtle retainer for our teeth so we're creating this outward expansion of our jaw line as opposed to having this if you look at people like mouth breathers which is like a it's like a terrible name mouth breathers they're kind of like recedes back and they kind of got the double chin thing and they kind of had this like collapse of quality of their face you can tell that person will not be an athlete
