if the reverse t3 is elevated again I think about stress sleep things like that that should not be elevated
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
it is interesting to note that on this most recent set of blood work from August my reverse D3 was significantly higher than my reverse T3 from July this is probably an indication of some degree of sleep disturbance that I experienced before this blood work again traveling is not always ideal for these sorts of things you see here my reverse C3 was 18.6 which is much higher than I'd like to see it but in July it was around 10 so reverse C3 is some indication of stress for this blood work I was probably somewhat sleep deprived
