you want to see your TSH kind of below 2 ish and that tells you that your brain is adequately seeing t4 converted into t3 you want to see your ratio of free t3 to reverse t3 above 0.2 as a general rule that tells you that the balance of t4 being converted into the active hormone t3 is in favor of t3 over reverse t3
