t3 only patients usually need to dose three to five times a day on direct t3 it might be more of a pain in the butt but you might need less in the afternoon and evening than you did in the morning which is why a slow release thing that you take twice a day that's doing it over eight hours might not be right for you because then you when you take direct t3 and i have this personal experience of it over so many years you know after your dose like all right that one was a little too like you can assess each dose and how you're feeling and so you're able to like culture it in a way that's way better and more optimal than a doctor just going okay we'll do you on slow release t3 if that makes sense
