people optimized on a t4 t3 combo often times and again you are not targeting a number that is the wrong way to go about this it could be too much for you what one person needs in their t3 range may not be for you so but the average general of everyone that i see with labs and and doctors too is that people who are optimized on a t43 combination usually have a free t3 at least middle range if not above some towards the top of the range a little bit so let's say the middle of the range is 3.0 a patient would usually be maybe optimized 3.4 3.5 3.7 and that shouldn't worry anybody even though your free t3 is a normal person in this world who doesn't take thyroid hormone would not get above that and that might make you hyper metabolic but what those doctors aren't understanding is that you are not factoring in the fact that we are replacing this that we have shut down the feedback loops that make sense
