the ancestral man has a much more favorable hormone profile than the modern day manicured ban
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
the ancestral man had a much more favorable hormone profile than a manicured man that lives today right and there's research to validate this just 30 40 years ago we had double the testosterone what do you think it was a hundred years ago a thousand years ago ten thousand years ago right

if you took a bunch of men in the 1950s and you drew their blood and you measured their testosterone levels their estrogen levels etc and you did the same thing today with a similar cohort you match them for as many variables as you could you would notice that their testosterone today is lower and their estrogen today is higher
