these foods contain sufficient goitrin which is an isothiocyanate to potentially decrease iodine uptake in the thyroid you guys like there is a 194 micromole of goitrin in these foods this is you know radioiodine uptake to the thyroid is inhibited by 194 micromole of goitrin so this is not the foods that are good for the human thyroid gland
