There's a way to get it back, though. But you have to change the way you eat. Start with meat. Start with organs, good quality food. Get rid of that garbage food. Avoid endocrine recepting chemicals, phthalates, fragrances, all the plastics in your life. Go in the sun, exercise. Chopping wood has actually been shown to increase testosterone. Spend time with people you care about and sleep and watch how much your testosterone will rise.
