So, you know, everyone's like, "What are you doing?" Like, this is what we learned. Like, how can you question that? So, anyway, so your your clinic is mostly GI. What kind of stuff do you see there? What do you see people struggling with? It's so interesting that you've already highlighted for listeners that you don't even necessarily have to have GI symptoms to have a GI issue. In your case, a parasite. I believe yours was Antima hytolytica, right? Correct. See, I know you, Michael Rishio. You do. Um, but what you know, what kind of stuff do you see people struggling with most in your clinic? And then I let's jump into a conversation of some of that stuff. Yeah. And and just to kind of echo that one more time, it's such an important thing for people to realize that you can have a digestive problem solely manifesting non-digestively. And this is why one of the things I recommend people do is they start as step one in trying to improve their health with getting their their diet and lifestyle in good working order. Doesn't have to be perfect, right? You don't have to be using an aura ring and have every measure in the blue. Um, you don't have to be eating the most perfect diet, but at least go from the bad job most people are doing and upgrade to at least being in the vicinity of of healthy and then re-evaluate. And if you still have symptoms, consider it the next thing you should do, tending to your gut health. And and the reason why I recommend that is you could go on the internet and read that I'm fatigued and depressed and I have dry skin. And so it's probably a thyroid problem.
