there's also an oral serm that's indic at just for vvo vaginal atrophy somebody wants to take an oral pill which is a whole another category but it has it's called asina the chemicals emine and it has some of the serm issues but it is indicated and make the B one of the main benefits of some argument may be good for breast protection but I'm sorry it does it does not provide it does or does not provide systemic levels of estradi it's not an estr it's a serm right so it's a it's a serotonin estr and receptor modulator uh right and it's used it's a little unusual that a lot of people don't know that it's FDA approv it's not very commonly prescribed and not that when we choose it but it's it's indicated it's an oral serum indicated for G vulvo vaginal atrophy causing dis peronia it's called asph at 60 milligrams a day and it may be theoretic it's not indicated for this but it may be theoretically useful for people who need breast protection you know if they have like a family history because it's a Ser sometimes roxine is used for breast prophylaxis but not indicated for that it might have positive effects on bone but again not indicated for that
