and one of the limitations of that was all I could look at was your HRV I didn't necessarily have any idea what else was being tied to that and so I could look at the change and ask you a bunch of questions and maybe try to figure out what those changes were coming from but I wanted to create something that also tied in training and sleep and subjective markers and other metrics so that as a coach which I just had a more complete story of what was happening
