so what were these workers doing that was so energy intensive and it was creating inflammation and inflammation then again our white blood cells are our army if you will and our troops require huge amounts of fuel in in any war and what when we have leaky gut we have 80 of our entire immune system lined up on the wall of our gut in our belly because that's where mischief is coming across and so i submit that the reason the energy expenditure in these death workers was so high like a hunter gatherer was that most of that energy most of that fuel was going to fuel our immune system and creating the fire of inflammation and quite frankly if all of your fuel is going to make inflammation you don't have a lot left over for your muscles for your brain and that's really the paradox of the energy paradox it's going in the wrong place
