you could have two people with the exact same level of insulin completely different physiologic response because of insulin sensitive when insulin hits its receptor it leads to the phosphorylation of a ETA KT and that's what leads to the glute for transporter coming up to the surface and different people with the same insulin can do that totally differently and different people will have a different insulin response to the same food to the same meal that's the reason we do glucose tolerance tests
