the other thing that's really good with the exercise snacks is to to time them around meals and there's also been some some evidence on this published looking at mostly people with metabolic dysfunction like type two diabetes um metabolic syndrome and how even doing something timed around a meal and it has doesn't have to be long it can be a short again you're doing you're doing some body weight squats or burpees or jumping jacks what ever it improves glucose regulation right
