“one of my friends dad's fasting insulin was like 4.2 and he's zero carb carnivore right so his fasting insulin was higher than mine right and and I eat way more carbs than ham right so just this is just one-to-one comparison but you can also look at my hemoglobin A1c my hemoglobin A1c was 5.4 which is an average blood sugar of I think around 103 if I did the calculation in the last podcast and and his hemoglobin A1c was 5.6 and he has zero carbs in his diet”
