when people do ketogenic diets they make a lot more cholesterol and cholesterol gets packaged into LDL molecules and so we see LDL rise on ketogenic diets and everyone freaks out and many other doctors who are not as informed as you freak out when they see the LDL we should probably be rejoicing and saying yes you have lots of LDL and you know hopefully the HDL is high and the triglycerides are low and there's a pattern of insulin sensitivity but we should rejoice when somebody has a high LDL no triglycerides and a high HDL saying hey you have lots of substrate in those L do you know lipoproteins are all of these wonderful cholesterol molecules which you are gonna use to make testosterone estrogen any sex hormones you're gonna use to make all sorts of good things in your body
