I think people are confused and believe that any blood glucose spike is harmful for your body and that's just not true there's just not good evidence to suggest that moving your glucose from 85 which is where my fasting blood sugar lives 80 85 and I suspect yours as well if you move your fasting blood sugar from 80 or 85 to 120 or 130 or even 140 milligrams per deciliter when I eat 200 grams of Honey straight people would say oh you're spiking your blood glucose that's causing damage to the glycocalyx these little frond like glycosaminoglycans inside your arteries but I just don't find any evidence that for that when I look at it
