this unfortunately i think is where many in the ketogenic field go wrong in their thinking they believe that more insulin is always bad you should have your insulin as low as possible all the time i think that is wrong
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.
