you have people with lipodystrophy who cannot store fat right they they have a genetic mutation which means that their adipose stores just cannot expand these guys are super ripped and they are super insulin resistant right they just cannot store any fat they have no physiological buffer for therefore the calories you know both to store and then release you know as we eat and don't eat and they're just like insulin resistant basically from birth because they don't have adequate fat stores
