so again this is very different from eating carbohydrate pushing it into the cells with insulin and then having everything come back down to Baseline that these are two different context so to describe insulin in this type of way with the diabetic context and whatnot it's not a fair characterization of what happens under normal circumstances this and it doesn't necessarily mean that the norm circumstances with glucose and insulin is what's causing this dysfunction you're looking at what's happening in the function and trying to work your way back and it doesn't necessarily work that way especially if you don't see the full picture of what's going on at the cell
