it's purposefully doing it and we can talk about the physiology the muscle is saying I don't need glucose because I have fatty acids and we can talk about this physiology I want to unpack this for people I don't think we can characterize it as the muscle and the liver struggling to take up glucose they are purposefully intentionally physiologically do miss this is a normal part of human physiology this is not pathologic they are saying I don't need glucose I am sparing glucose for kidneys testicles red blood cells in the brain I can run on fat okay
