It's definitely cooked in seed oils. Again, those linoleic acid, omega-6 polyunsaturated fat seed oils, those accumulate in your cell membranes, and over time, they make it harder for your mitochondria to do their jobs, which is moving electrons down the electron transport chain. That's how you generate energy. If you don't generate energy well, that's how insulin resistance, metabolic dysfunction starts.
