Ivor was mentioning that when food hits the stomach or when fat hits the stomach will release GIP and that is a different in curtain or hormone than GLP which occurs further down mm-hmm and then further down in the gut we get pyy and these are just acronyms for different in criton or hormones in our digestive system that control insulin sensitivity and satiety what IVA was saying was that if we eat processed food if we eat carbohydrates or fat potentially which is processed meaning liquid fat or processed carbohydrates a lot of it gets digested and absorbed early on in the gut and so we only get GIP without balancing GLP and pyy and that can affect society and insulin sensitivity in a different way
