But, generally, a broad peak after eating with a lot of area under the curve suggests something may be going on.
So, we have a pretty good idea that we want to monitor both how high our glucose goes and how quickly we're able to recover back to pre-meal glucose values in order to get a really good idea of what's going on with metabolic health and our glucose regulation as a whole.
