if you're diabetic if you know you're insulin resistant then cut your carbohydrates down and then gradually increase them as you become a metabolic machine
long term I believe strongly that people can improve diabetes insulin resistance obesity with carbohydrates in their diet from start to finish
if you have diabetes if you have obesity I think some moderate amount of carbohydrates may be good for you
The more insulin resistant you are, the lower carb it needs to be to be able to reverse that.
