I have clients who I've worked with who came to me who were obese like from actual technical considerations like can be defined as obese and who did have impaired glucose tolerance and they were able to have a higher carbohydrate intake than they had previously and they were able to lose weight and improve their blood glucose levels and whatnot and essentially there's there's research studies showing that putting normal individuals and putting uh diabetic individuals on a higher carbohydrate diet actually improves peripheral insulin sensitivity because it lowers fatty acid oxidation
