where are you getting your omega-3 fatty acids from like are you eating a source of fish are you eating a source of iodine you know do you have a seafood source or are you eating egg yolks or bone marrow you know but I definitely think we need to think about all these compartments of the animal and make sure we're getting omega-3 fatty acids and iodine and those are primarily found in seafood but are found in some parts of the animal we just have to think like well if you're not eating bone marrow I think people should probably be eating salmon roe
