problems with the thyroid can be your iron
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
we have to mention that and this is for men too but mostly for women a comprehensive iron panel including ferritin is key in the labs that you just took because of this if iron storage is low and you and a doctor again will be like oh we tested your hemoglobin test and no iron storage if it's really low then patients have trouble raising their dose and getting to their optimal dose
having low iron and low ferritin and you know menstruating females you know this happens over time especially you've had heavy periods you need to check into this sometimes it's the answer sometimes that's the only answer
and you can't check a thyroid panel without checking an iron panel
this is by the way thyroid or not if you got restless legs check your face i mean literally i had a friend who had a perfect thyroid but they had restless legs and tinnitus taking taking iron and getting their ferritin up did the job and that was a dude who was healthy otherwise perfect shape ripped everything else
