a woman who's genetically predisposed to hemochromatosis and for her 30 40 50 years probably you know 30 40 years she's protected by heavy menstruation she's predisposed to anemia her whole life then all the sudden she goes through perimenopause and then menopause or you know she develops amenorrhea for some reason before that she was on birth control whatever all the sudden she's not losing iron in her menstrual fluid and all the sudden she is vulnerable to the genetic predisposition underlying or for hemochromatosis
