people define iron as high in different ways right there's like these high iron of ferrentine greater than 150 is it 250 is and 300 i think you have to triangulate with things like ggt gamma glutamine transfer rates measures of oxidative stress to see if the iron is causing oxidative stress people would say oh you're eating all that iron you're going to get oxidative stress and i just don't think that's as linear uh relation as people make it out to be a ferrets in a 500 yeah it's too high and an iron sap of 70 yeah it's too high but that's all just diagnostic criteria for hemochromatosis
