and look at the study classic study by bollock where he took elite endurance athletes like people who are adapted to a kid like that for like 20 plus months and he looked at them and he basically had them do a long duration exercise pal and compared them to a group that was consuming a high high high amount of carbohydrates both groups depleted muscle glycogen to the same degree at the end of the bow and then and then afterwards they gave one the carbohydrate group they gave them a shake with a ton of carbohydrates and the other group they game is shaped with a ton of fat they looked at muscle glycogen at hour two hours later both groups replenished to the same degree
